The rooms were well-equipped and air conditioned with a very comfy bed kept by the respectful staff.

Had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. English breakfast, the food was fab. - the location was fantastic, so close to transportation hubs, big supermarkets and service shops, and the outskirts of London.

Really had perfect stay for 3 nights. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the very good building with respectful staff. Location: unbeatable and nice, right by the Beckton Premier Inn, the city center and Beckton tube station. Also, very next to public transport for all destinations.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is commendable, from the clean and comfortable rooms with separate beds for the children, to the good bathroom facilities and decent TV's. The location of this hotel is very convenient, situated next to the train station, making it easy to commute around the area.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

I had a really good stay at this hotel, it was very conveniently located next to the tube station which made exploring London really easy. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were clean and spacious, with good bathroom facilities. I especially liked the separate beds for the children, and the fact that the room had air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was a great start to the day.

The walls and doors were quite thin, so noise from other guests could be heard at times. the breakfast service was slow and disorganized, with some menu items unavailable and long wait times for food.

Premier Inn in Beckton was a great value for our money. The room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for our family. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to rail links and the DLR for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions promptly.

The breakfast option could have been better, with some dishes not being replenished and the room being cleared for a health risk.

We recently stayed at this hotel in the Eastern part of the city and we were delighted with the location! It was so easy to reach the City Airport thanks to the several transport options available, such as the subway, the metro, and buses. We were also happy to find out that the hotel was close to a Conference Centre, which made it convenient for us. the room was spacious and modern, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. the service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the facilities, especially the free Wi-Fi and the on-site restaurant.

We did notice that some members of the staff seemed a bit indifferent to customer service.

This hotel had some of the friendliest staff I've encountered and made me feel welcomed. The location right next to the DLR was very convenient and made getting into the Tubes very easy. Cleanliness was impressive and I was happy with the hotel facilities, including free parking and WiFi.

Comfy bed, lovely receptionist and cleaning lady, varied breakfast, accommodating chef for allergies, gluten-free bread.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

Conveniently located next to the DLR with easy access to London. Quiet area. Spacious rooms. Good food. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Supermarket nearby. I would recommend this hotel.
